•    Xu Guo Sheng, Chairman & CEO:   Founder of the Zhaoheng Group in 1994 and of ZHYP. Prior to Zhaoheng, Mr Xu held a number of executive positions with state owned enterprises(SOE). He received an EMBA from HKUST in 2005 and is also founder of other successful companies such as I-panel, which is currently in the IPO process.

 

•    Zhu Hong, Director & President: Joined Zhaoheng 10 years ago. He is a specialist in the general management of hydropower stations and is the key person who turned around the operation and performance of Hunan Sanjiang. He received an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.

 

•    Cheng Hui Zhou, Director: Member of the National Energy Expert Group, President of the International Small Hydropower Association and an influential national hydropower policy maker in China. He is the former head of Hydropower Development Bureau, Ministry of Water Resources

 

•    Pan Jisheng, SVP & CTO: Former VP and Chief Economist of Dongfang Electric Company (600875.SH) and Chief Supervisor of many medium and large hydropower station construction projects including Ghazi-Barotha, the largest hydropower project in Pakistan.

 

•    Wang Zhengxi , SVP, General Management: Former senior executive in an SOE. Has over 30 years general management work experience.

 

•    Changbin Huang, VP, Finance: Joined Zhaoheng in 2000 as a financial controller and now holds the position of Vice President of Finance. Has over 20 years of financial management and accounting experience.

 

•    Naian Xia, VP, Operations: Over 20 years of work experience at Zhaoheng Sanjiang.
